On Monday a war with Sweden was narrowly averted after IKEA delivered Bally’s new flat-packed kitchen. I thought it was a Pot Noodle kitchen. All she had to do was add boiling water and leave for 5 mins, then scold your mouth. Alas not. Anyway, speaking of war I think that we could be having a best kitchen one as Lisem is getting her new kitchen built as we speak. She’s hoping to beat the current world record for the shortest kitchen build of 3 years, 5 months 27 days, 12 hours and 2 mins set by our very own BLT!

We had a cheek to start a thread this week. Us off all people discussing strange names! What every next? A thread criticising the cleanliness of “How Clean is Your House?”. So Jemima-Roly-Poly-With-Custard you try being successful or lucky with a name like John?

It’s only 4000 shopping days till Xmas, but only 299 till the Harry Potter film is out. Not that Shazzz is bothered or counting. Or anyway else is. Aren’t you DJ? A few people where saying that they have read the book. Who are they trying to kid – us read a book! Coming Soon “Bally’s guide to Sex Education and killing with melons”. It’s a pop-up book with nice pictures.

Well Tuesday brought a few medical visits. Tabfa had Monday in hospital. She’s still not given birth, but kept the Birthday, Xmas and Graduation presents it’s been going on that long! Willow went into see about something that was twisted. No, not her evil mind, but her knee. Molly went in for triple test results. They still found no sign of a brain. Your very own lord has been to the dentist. I had to have two injections. First time I’ve had two pricks since I lost that bet with Shazzz. (Ouch)

Well it got to Wednesday and there was a funny smell about the place. It wasn’t Dora’s un-packed suitcase. Love was in the air. 2 of our members finally outted each other. While DJ and Chilli are still in the closet, DJ and Scared announced publicly that they will be doing Snipsnap duets and Leslie Grantham Web-cam convos. However, it has since come to light that they have been merely we-conferencing. I hope they were safe web-conferencing and using Durex firewalls.

Thursday’s child is sick. Yep, Bally was distracted by an Ill boy. He didn’t know what was wrong with him, but a day on the X-box managed to cure him. Also a morning of inquisitive questions to the “Frog Mod”. Also the hot topic was Iran joining the ‘Axis of Photoshop’. They meant to launch 4 missiles, but they only managed to launch 3 and photoshopped the other one in. Before you ask, Shazzz turned them down. If it had been heads on sticks then fine. 

On Friday the eviction took place. Mario was voted out of BB. His fan club let him down. Nothing to do with the fact he was a complete boring idiot. Now that the president has joined BL the fan club has had to disband. So welcome to BL Chilandra. A little red fluffy thing appeared on the forum this weekend. That’s right Steph got her pencil case out!

This week in BL we've had all sorts of excitement, from new jobs to new members, tasty recipes to different names.The shocking news is one of our most loyal members has been brutally denied her BL fix by her OH, he BROKE the internet BAD BAD Mr. Sass.
We've also had a lot of fun with parking wars (although some members are a bit too keen *cough* lisem *cough* lol)

Well here’s my 2ps worth on this week in BL.

There has been as considerable lack of man (or woman) power at Mod Towers this week. The strain has been evident.. Chilli and myself having all the extra Russian porn sites that Lise and Dora normally vanish has been great. 

Lilith has manage to reach 1000 posts. What took you so long?

It’s been a week or returns. Lise is back. Dora is due back any minute. Gemma has joined. She used to be on DE with a lot of us. Also my Dad returned home after 9 months. The Summer returned. And promptly buggered off again. The Daleks returned too. Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Man U…. but for how long?

We’ve been talking about what music you’ve been listening too. I wont embarrass you now. If you do upset me I’ll let the public know about the secret collection. All I can say is “gay 70’s disco”. 

We’ve had a bit of drama this week. Mum’s upsetting us. People not putting things in the bin. Pets throwing up on the stairs. People parking vehicles in the street. People choking. 

Also the 2 biggest TV events this week were……………………………………

TENNIS! 10 million tuned into watch Andy Murray battle back from Match Point to win in 5 sets against Richard Guesget. Then 11 Million watching hum bend over and let Nadal spank him. He’s looking at lot younger than when he played for Barcelona. (there was a famous player that played for Barca). 

Of course it was the end of Doctor Who this week. Just for Sue, I’ll not spoil it for you. As I didn’t watch it either. I’m not going to get to see it till 8pm Sunday. 

Just to finish off with a little know fact. You know Rex from Big Brother? He owns 3 resteraunts in London. WOW. Poncy git.

So another week has passed and the big talking point, both this Saturday night and last Saturday night, was the final two episodes of the latest series of Doctor Who.
Being as we're now four weeks behind the UK in the programme's airing, this BL member is faced with a terrible dilemma. Do I sneak a peak at the OMG Dr Who thread? or do I remain virtuous and settle down in 4 weeks' time to watch the final episode, completely unaware of the outcome. Well....not completely unaware...I happened to look at the BBC News website and noticed that the delicious Mr. Tennant will be staying on for at least a little while longer. That's enough to keep me from taking a peep at the spoilers dotted all over the 'net....for the time being.
In the meantime, I'd ask all our beloved BL members to keep my "lalala" thread bumped up, so that, if I feel temptation creeping up on me, I have some where to go.

I will finish by saying.....thank God that David Morrisey is out of the picture for the time being, and I shall buy some more paper towels to wipe the drool off the TV screen for as long as the lovely Mr. Tennant is playing the good Doctor.
